manual shoe production

Alessandro Cappi specialises in the artisan production of men's shoes, all created using manual stitching and methods.

Tubular stitching is an ancient cobbling process that permits the production of a particularly soft and comfortable shoe thanks to the use of leather and lining. The upper is sewn on a leather piece, to which is then applied layers of leathers through special sewing techniques. Tubular stitching is used for the realisation of moccasins.
